This policy is governed by additional protections under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (“CTDPA”) and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (“TDPSA”). “Personal data” refers to any information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable individual. This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected online and offline, including through the use of our website and mobile app, during service provision and management, billing and collection activities, relevant advertising, customer inquiries, surveys, and network management and protection (collectively, our “Services”).
We may issue different or additional notices regarding our privacy practices for other personal data collection methods not covered by this Privacy Policy, in which case this Privacy Policy will not apply.

II. YOUR CONNECTICUT AND TEXAS RIGHTS
The CTDPA and the TDPSA provide Connecticut and Texas residents with certain rights regarding their personal data. If you reside in these states, these rights and disclosures apply to you.
A. Processing of Personal Data for Targeted Advertising
We may process your personal data for targeted advertising. For instructions on how to opt-out of such processing or sales, refer to Section II.E.
B. Opt-Out Preference Signals
An opt-out preference signal is a communication from a platform or mechanism indicating your choice to opt-out of the sale or processing of your personal data for targeted advertisements. We recognize these signals as valid requests to opt-out of the sale or processing of your personal data under the CTDPA and TDPSA. Generally, your opt-out signal suffices for us to honor your request; however, we may sometimes ask for additional information for verification.
You may also opt-out of the sale or processing of your personal data through other methods described in Section II.E.
C. Sensitive Data
Frontier does not collect additional information that would be classified as sensitive data under the CTDPA.
D. Your Rights
The CTDPA and the TDPSA grant Connecticut and Texas residents the following rights regarding their personal data, subject to certain exceptions:
